I was laid off from my 26 hour per week job at PB&J Family Services last November. I have continued to volunteer one day per week at the women’s prison in Grants, New Mexico. We have set up a program to bring dogs from the shelter to the prison. After the prisoners train the dogs in basic obedience, my coworker and I find “forever” homes for the trained dogs. www.heelingheartsnm.org is the website that I maintain for that program.
Here are some new creations now that I have more time to design and weave:http://www.heelingheartsnm.orgshapeimage_2_link_0
